Hooooookay.....

February has just been a BRUTAL month for Blog-posting.

Nothing has happened with the Basement. We are STILL waiting for the cabinets to be finished. When the installer showed up to replace our doors/drawers, one of the doors was missing. As in, it wasn't delivered. I was told that I had been informed of this (oh, REALLY??? That's news to me....) The new delivery date was February 25...which came and went without a door....so the new new delivery date is March 3. I'll believe it when I see it. We are now over TWO MONTHS LATE, solely because of these guys. It drives me crazy!

Things have been happening with the wedding, but I don't want to post until things are finalized (don't want to give anything away!), the pup is teething and outgrew her first crate, it's cold and snowy again, I had a birthday (26!!!), and I'm exhausted a large portion of the time (I fell asleep at the Opera. I'm not normally THAT person....I tend to leave that to the elderly patrons!). We don't have the inclination to get any more furnishings for the house at the moment (not until pup finishes teething and stops treating EVERY OBJECT she comes across as a chew toy), but I am starting to think about landscaping for the yards...I think we can do everything I want on a shoestring budget, as long as we're willing to do the lion's share of the work ourselves. And, I have an owie on my finger that makes it painful to type. Woe is me.

Anyway. February is almost over. I promise March will be better for posting. I promise!
